Since qualifying as a SENCO in 2019 and subsequently progressing to Inclusion Manager, I have dedicated the last few years of my career to working with pupils with SEND and their families; navigating their unique journeys to success. Beyond individual advocacy, I empower school leaders and teachers to weave inclusive excellence into the fabric of everyday learning.  Ensuring schools are inclusive by design, I help embed SEND into the heart of our vision.
