Starting here at Sancta Familia feels like a step in the right direction. Early on in my career, I spent some time working with and assisting a Legal 500 barrister which fed my passion for all things law, compliance, communication and policy. Following on from this role I worked in HR and Policy for a global artist management company where I gained further understanding of the importance of policy and compliance. My most recent role allowed me to dip my toe into the education and charity sector, working for a National Lottery funded education and film charity: Into Film. This role allowed me to gain invaluable experience working on a number of national communications campaigns, highlighting the impact and importance of effective and strategic communications. After spending the last few years working across Communications and Policy, I am delighted to be bringing my skill set to a Multi-Academy Trust like Sancta Familia.
